If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request RMA

  Log into your account and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original factory packaging and include all accessories and manuals.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 days.
